For years, we have been handling the packaging of both coffee beans and ground coffee. We know the product’s characteristics, how it behaves during the packaging process, and which packaging types are most in demand in the market, both in design and size. We can advise you on creating the packaging that reflects your style in your target market.
Our “best seller” solution includes an L600 or Stabilo packaging machine with a maximum width of 650mm, combined with an M Series weigher, allowing you to produce a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 24 packages of 1000g each. If you need higher speed, don’t worry, with Techno D multihead weighers, it is possible to reach up to 75 discharges per minute of coffee beans.
When it comes to packaging ground coffee, however, we always propose a solution with a rigid auger volumetric doser, the best solution for the characteristics of the product and the creation of a package with a seal guarantee. It is also possible to package both coffee beans and ground coffee with a single system, using our tried and tested combined system, the solution that allows you to have both a M series vibrating channel weigher and a volumetric doser and a single packaging machine. All our packaging systems are completed by some “essential” accessories such as the degassing valve applicator and the loading system, with a ground-mounted vibrating hopper and “Z” loading belt, or with a pneumatic conveyor.
If you do not have a large production, but would like to start automating the weighing or dosing process of coffee beans and ground coffee, we have excellent semi-automatic solutions with which you can weigh your product and unload it directly into pre-formed bags or jars. Even for semi-automatic weighing and dosing systems, it is possible to have the automatic loading system with a ground-mounted vibrating hopper and a “Z” belt, or with a pneumatic conveyor.
