Techno D’s packaging systems for flours are always composed of an automatic vertical packaging machine, which creates the package from a flat reel and is equipped with a volumetric auger filler. The precision of each bag is +/- 1%. All our systems for flours and fine powders are complete with a filled bag discharge system using a motorized belt. The rigid screw feeder is mounted directly on the packaging machine via a sliding plate, allowing easy handling during format changes. All our volumetric auger filler are equipped with a fully openable hopper that facilitates cleaning and significantly reduces machine downtime.
For each system, we design an appropriate loading system, either with a rigid screw conveyor and dedicated pick-up tank or with a pneumatic vacuum with a ground-level hopper.
Our lines for flours and fine powders offer high performance and can dose up to a maximum of 5 kg per discharge.
Techno D’s E series volumetric auger filler for flours and fine powders are characterized by high precision, +/- 1%, and thanks to the intuitive graphical interface and touch screen panel, they can also be operated remotely and through 4.0 remote assistance.
